BPW Women's Facebook Group Half Day Course

BPW womens specfic coaching groups are organsied and aranged via our BPW womens facebook (https://www.facebook.com/groups/1885204474959633).  These half day courses will vary in focus (descriptions below), start at 9:30am and finish between 12:30pm/1pm.  We recommend that riders arrive for 9:00am to ensure your are ready to start for 9:30am. These courses will be led by a male coach however one of our female ambassadors will be present during the session.

These courses include a free uplift pass.

April 14th - Tech / Drops (Intermediate) (Full Face helmets are mandatory)

April 14th - Jumps (Advanced) (Full Face helmets are mandatory).  

If you're booking onto one of the April 14th sessions, please book onto the only session showing on the website.

You need to be 16 years old to attend coaching on your own and must be 14 years or older if accompanied by an adult (The accompanying adult must also be booked onto the same course).

COURSE DIFFICULTY 
Below are some guidelines on the difficulty of our courses, it is designed to ensure you do not book on a course that is too difficult for you.

These are the minimum requirements to ensure that the group functions effectively. If your skills are above the minimum requirement you can still book on and learn a lot from a course. For example you may ride black runs weekly but have a skills gap regarding corners. Carving Corners is an intermediate course and is therefore suitable for you as an advanced rider.

Beginner – For riders who are new to mountain biking or wish to learn on our Green trails.
Intermediate – For riders who can ride Blue trails at BikePark Wales. 
Advanced – For riders who can confidently ride Red trails at BikePark Wales. 
Expert – For riders who can confidently ride Black trails at BikePark Wales
