We're Hiring - Food & Beverage Manager
A good meal is an important part of every great day on the bike and we want to create a dining experience that becomes one of the highlights of a rider's day, something that gets customers almost as excited as the trails they will enjoy on the mountain. Our visitor centre is a rustic, cosy environment enjoyed by people with a love of being in the great outdoors having fun with friends. We are looking for a food and beverage manager to head our catering department in an exciting role that will allow a huge amount of freedom to be creative, an opportunity to build a truly fantastic offering from a solid base and to create something that done right will become nationally renowned.
We aren't looking for your traditional Chef or catering manager, we are looking for an individual with passion, vision and energy, someone that with support from the greater BPW team can grow their view of a truly awesome trail head eatery and make it a reality. Energy, an understanding of what great food is and how it can be served within the constraints of our building are more important here than qualifications from catering school. Don't be mistaken though, you will need to know your way around a professional kitchen, be capable of managing suppliers, budgeting and staff and of course be a wicked cook yourself.
A love of bikes isn't a must but hey, it would be a shame not to get involved if your office is 5 metres from the trailhead to some of the best trails in the UK!
