The Role
We are seeking a Catering manager to Oversee all food and beverage operations onsite. This opportunity will allow the successful candidate to grow our current team both in size and experience. The candidate should be a current Catering manager or experienced F & B Manager looking to develop with a background centred around Kitchens and casual dining. They should either have previously held roles as a chef or front of house role that supported the kitchen in a hand on capacity. 
Reporting through to the Centre operations Manager as a key HOD within the business the successful candidate will be expected to take full ownership of their area with a focus on quality food which is seasonal with emphasis on local ethically sourced, customer service and training as well as H&S and stock control. 
This person should be a forward thinker who is aware of food trends and create new offerings as the business expands. 
This is a hands-on role that will suit someone who enjoys leading from the front. 
The ideal candidate will be a fun, engaging individual who has an interest in mountain biking and/or the outdoors.

Key Attributes:
Hands on style (this is not an admin role!)
Previous Kitchen management experience
Level 3 food hygiene
Keen Motivator and developer
A passion for food, sourcing quality products and creating interesting and applicable menus
Impeccable food hygiene
Hard working and passionate
Great Customer Service skills
Understanding of stock, pricing and its movement
Excellent time management and ability to work under your own initiative
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail

Desirable attributes would include:
Point of sale experience
Fluent Welsh speaker
Chef/cook experience

Salary: £25,000 per annum.
