The second session will then build onto more technical trails focusing on roots, rocks, line choice and we’ll introduce the Drop technique.
The third session will then build on the second and really focus on Drops and steeper terrain giving riders more confidence to ride the red trails at the park.
The fourth and final session will focus on Jumps. Everything you need to know to get airborne with more confidence.
Full-face helmets are mandatory for all sessions.

These sessions will use both our Blue (Intermediate) and Red (Advanced) trails

Below are some guidelines on the difficulty of our courses, it is designed to ensure you do not book on a course that is too difficult for you.
These are the minimum requirements to ensure that the group functions effectively. If your skills are above the minimum requirement you can still book on and learn a lot from a course. For example you may ride black runs weekly but have a skills gap regarding corners. Carving Corners is an intermediate course and is therefore suitable for you as an advanced rider.
