We get countless e-mails and great feedback from customers praising the high quality and excellent value of our workshop work. Bike shops can be intimidating places, here at BPW you will be welcomed regardless of your technical knowledge or background and we will do our best to help you out.

The workshop team
You will not find a more skilled and dedicated team of mechanics in South Wales, guaranteed.
Head Mechanic Mark joined BPW after a career in the military police. Mark has brought his military attention to detail, time keeping and accuracy into the workshop. If Mark is working on your bike you know it is getting the absolute best care and attention available
Will is one of the UK’s top expert downhill riders. Will races for team BPW in his spare time and consistently finishes on the podium at national events. You may have also spotted his cameo appearance as trail tester Rooster McWhip in a recent BPW video edit! Will’s race experience gives him excellent insight on setup tips and techniques, you can be sure he’ll have your bike running smooth and fast when he’s finished his work.
George joined BPW to look after our rental fleet and demo programme but you will often find him working on customer’s bikes in our workshop. George is a grafter, if you are in a pickle and you need your brakes bleeding over lunch as you booked your uplift 2 months ago and have travelled 100 miles to be with us, George will bust a gut to get you back on the trails ASAP.
