Adventure Weekend competition - Terms & Conditions

This promotion is run by BikePark Wales (“the Promoter”), company number 06919030, whose registered address is at Gethin Woodland Centre, Abercanaid, Merthyr Tydfil, CF48 1YZ.

1. To claim the prize you must be: (a) a UK resident; and (b) 18 years old or over at the time of entry.
2. The prize must be redeemed before March 31^st 2022
3. Travel expenses are NOT included the claimant must be able to get to BikePark Wales, ZipWorld Towers and Llechwen Hall themselves.
4. By claiming the prize you are accepting and agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.
5. The prize entitles you to 2x day uplift passes OR 2x uplift and hire packages to BikePark Wales depending on suitability, 2x Phoenix activities at Zip World Towers and 2x 1 night accommodation at Llechwen Hall.
6. To enter, you must: like the post, ensure you're following @llechwenhall & @Zip_world on Instagram and tag three friends who you would like to bring with you.
7. The competition closes at 11:59PM on Thursday 23 December 2021.  
8. The winner will be announced by 4:00PM on Friday 24 December 2021.       
9. The prize must be claimed in one transaction.
10. No purchase is necessary.
11. Only one prize will be given away.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of identity and age of any participant.
13. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative equal or of higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so.
15. This promotion is not open to: (a) employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies; (b) employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the competition or its administration; or (c) members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.
16. This giveaway is in no way affiliated or sponsored by Instagram or Facebook.
17. Claimants may be required to participate in publicity related to this promotion in any media which may include the publication of their name and photograph on the Promoter's social media account.
18. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
19. The Promoter reserves the right to hold, void, cancel, suspend, or amend this promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
20. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate any participant or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the promotion except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
21. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of this promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
22. Nothing in these terms exclude the Promoter's liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
23. By entering this promotion, you agree that any personal information provided by you with this entry may be held and used only by the Promoter or its agents and suppliers to administer this promotion and as otherwise stated in these Terms and Conditions.
24. To partake in the ZipWorld activity you must adhere to the following restrictions:

Weight: Min 25kg Max 120kg
Height: Min 1.2m Max 2m
Age: Min 7 yrs
7 - 17yrs: Require a participating adult - ratio 1:3
Appropriate Footwear: Shoes must cover toes and give ankle support
Walking/Steps: You must be able to climb 73 steps to participate in the 2nd zip line of this adventure
