WE ARE RECRUITING - CATERING MANAGER

At BikePark Wales, we are working to put our great customers at the heart of everything we do. We have invested in our trails and our uplift service, and are now looking to refresh our catering offer, focussing on the food and drink we serve in the Woodland Café.

We are looking for an experienced, creative and dynamic catering manager, with a passion for rustic, homely food (but able to prepare a brilliant burger and chips!) to inject some life into our menu.  In addition to cooking and serving, the person will be working across suppliers to get great food from local providers at best prices, we want an individual who can work to continuously raise the quality and choice of our offer and service.

We have a very good team, and the selected individual will need to have the ability to take them from good to great, delivering training to cook great food and deliver excellent customer service.
This is a great opportunity to take on an exciting and challenging project to deliver a catering service to customers visiting our world class mountain biking venue.
